I am very excited about the future of Deanwood.Does anybody want to get together and do a tour of Deanwood?

I will be touring the inside this weekend.

It ended with a foreclosure tour which was educational.

Then I will email them a detailed page of the property (bed/bath, sq, rental or rehab, ARV, repair estimates, pictures, video tours, what needs to be repaired, comps, the neighborhood) EVERYTHING.

I think you if ask all these questions, speak to their references, tour their properties, you can get a good idea of which mgmt company you like. 

If you can buy at a 10 Cap and if you can save $1,000 per month to invest you can have 4 properties by the end of 3 years.I am impressed by tour ability to live on less than your income.Good Luck.Bill

Aaron Yates Yeah she was just touring me around and yes I agree.

I'm touring 2 multifamily properties this weekend that will probably sell anywhere from $40k to $60k and less than 5 streets away are new townhouses, selling like hotcakes in the $270k's.   

We toured a few places with a Real Estate Agent but eventually found a property ourselves that wasn't on the market. 

At the very least get to Memphis and take a tour of the city.
