I didn't know you get tax benefits as well.

The situation we are faced with now is whether or not we should take a chance and renovate one of the units bathroom and kitchen prior to selling in hopes of making a return on the money put in for the renovations.

Does that include insurance, property taxes, vacancy and repairs?

When it transferred to me the taxes jumped to 6500.

Payments are to be handled by outside/3rd party escrow (mortgage, taxes, insurance, etc), vendor to be determined prior to close of this escrow.
