Make them think you're giving them a huge favor, in exchange for a spotless unit, and you'll have far less to do after they move out.No need to soak them.

So, to then soak a landlord again for the right to end the contract, is unreasonable - to put it nicely.Now, if there was no upfront fee to find a tenant, etc., and the PM was relying on the next 12 months percentage of the rent to make their time worthwhile to find the tenant - then a termination fee would be fair.But, in my opinion, a termination fee is double-dipping.

That is to say, unconstitutional on its face and now law degree is required to see that, but it's none the less the enforced law of the land.For example this unfortunate cancer patient who was cultivating a certain herb yielding seed for his own use as a medically-valid treatment for his cancer had his stuff taken.

You just have to spray the popcorn texture down with water, using a pump up sprayer, let it soak, and scrap it off.

I feel like a sponge right now, and feel very lucky to have all of your knowledge available to soak up.I was serious though about you starting a blog...one of the easy to start ones here on BP...where they provide the platform...all you gave to do (I assume) is to name it and start writing.Your knowledge in this area is very valuable...and I'm not saying that just cause you're cute!
