Without that you are at the mercy of an honest tenant or seller, both rare animals.  

I couldn't find any specific laws or regulations regarding pets other than service animals are always allowed.

They had nothing materially but there little shacks were very clean and they were proud of them.The fact that many choose to live in conditions worse than animals in SFHs, mobile home parks, or apartments is a personal moral issue that, as a landlord, you try to solve will only lead to frustration and a loss of a lot of money.

No pets(service animals welcomed with certificates).

Here’s the issue...A lot of the ins and outs are new to me because I’ve been working mostly in single family residential with a short term hold and have yet to venture into the longer term buy, rent, reno, refi and exit arena...it’s a different animal all together.

HUD is clear that emotionsal support animals are covered and that such animals do not need to be trained.

If you're after raw land thats a different animal all together.

Lending would be such a different animal from wholesaling.
