Rental assistance timeline

Forgive me for not searching, but the site is acting funny on my phone's browser.  I am a landlord who had a non paying tenant apply for rental assistance almost 4 weeks ago.   Within the first 3 days the file was considered complete with all of the information they needed from both parties. It has since been "under review'.    I know each state is different but how long did it take for you to receive any payments?
