The HOA says all they can do it send a letter requesting the owner of the problem unit to treat and then have them provide proof (which they said they had done because they said they knew who was causing the problem - but, I learned today it was another building!). 

I have emailed the realtors directly several times requesting financial data on the property, rents, utilities, etc.

@Daniel Weber I did do an OPRA request which is supposed to give us the public records for zoning, variances, permits and all we received was the CO we received at the closing of the house.

Furthermore, request in the letter that the state reimburse you for your financial loss, because they are are violating your 5th amendment rights under the taking clause.

Make sure they do the type of loan you are requesting.

We have more requests than I had expected, but following the rules of AirBNB it has been hard to book.
