I'm seeing some people drop their rates but during the holidays you should have bookings coming up. 

I think the economy worked better when the IRS was sending out stimulus check to people (refunding their taxes) who worked, like they handout to the vast plethora of people who do not work.Now it seems like they want to claw that money back, and are nose diving the economy in the process (which will probably cause a lot of suffering).Lets see if more huge layoffs happen before the holiday season, or (hopefully) maybe this will be it (???)

And you can sit back and relax while doing little work, too!

Switch to commercial real estate and relax!

Since the Holidays are not that far away, depending on your market, you may be better off to let him go early without penalty, just paying for days of occupancy and leaving the place clean.

When you throw holidays and weekends into the mix, it can take a bank 10 days to process a check before you'll find out it's bounced.
