Tax liens as you get farther out east are more complicated than West coast tax liens that are fairly easy to understand and cut and dry.my sense of this is you have the right to pay the tax's and add it to your note balance.. just like if they did not pay insurance..I suspect you do have a Alienation clause in your mortgage as its pretty standard verbiage in most.but you have multiple events of default going on here.. so you can start at anytime I would thinklastly I think at least in many east coast states or counties to clear title they need a court action.. and at that time you would also be notified and be able as the lender to cure..

The commitment letter had the following language;Transfers/Assumability: Subject to Lender’s then-current underwriting requirements and compliance with the other requirements of the loan documents, the Loan is assumable by a qualified transferee of the Property for a fee of 1.00000%of the unpaid principal balance of the Loan at the time of such a transfer (a “Consented Transfer”).My question relates to the terms of the loan and savings to the buyer.

I've been looking into various approaches but have the same problem you see -- there isn't much available in the area,   and much of what is available is overpriced.For me, I've ruled out buying anything in Seattle proper until such time as the political climate stabilizes a little bit,    but I would be happy to find something in a nearby municipality.

I think we are just returning to balance.. 09 to 2014 was not normal buying time it was a once in a lifetime buying opp the last one that great was during the great depression.. we cannot judge everything based on those metrics..
