I started diving deep into REI about 4 months ago by purchasing Meet Kevin's REI course and I'm currently 36% of the way through.

Just come experience it for a week and dive in.Living and owning a business in our state Capital - Wichita and Sedgwick county are not perfect but they are run far far better than the corrupt bozos that control Topeka/Shawnee county. 

I may hire a property manager who charges 20% and they can get $100 per night for my place.

But without getting into a deep dive definitely recommend cash out refinance.
