Repainted the interior and cleaned up the carpets.

We were supposed to close Dec 2019, we are newbie investors but we were able to find a HML willing to do this deal without interior access to the property.

I've heard it described that HOA insurance would rebuild back only to the rough flooring, rough ceilings and interior studs.

Cosmetic updates throughout, interior and exterior.

There are no interior pictures (which in itself is a concern) so I can't verify that there aren't shared kitchens.The listing states there is a property manager on-site. 

Either interior walls were built & installed incorrectly (owner / handyman DIY?)

Interior:-Kitchen: Cabinets repainted/new fixtures, Counter tops-Main Bathroom: Full remodel -Half Bath: Convert to a full bath-Interior paint-Flooring Exterior:-Exterior Paint-12 Windows-Landscaping 

I would purchase subject to interior inspection, so I can calculate the rehab after seeing the property, but what kind of headache am I getting myself into?
