I would suggest shadowing an experienced broker, learning the ropes of the business, and challenge yourself to do the hardest files.

Yes, there is a plethora of leases floating around the internet, but if you want to manage your property properly, it requires a lease agreement that fits the way you want to do business and helps you to cover costs, avoid liabilities, and increase revenue.

@Julie Hill I read an article last week that said Nashville, TN was one of the most lucrative markets for Airbnb’s business.

I would like to take the mortgage out in my one LLC and rent that home to my other business(a different LLC).

If you approach this business with the mind set of stealing the seller's equity - you are not going to be successful - remember you are dealing with folks who have a serious problem - show some empathy first and you will win in the end.

According to Business Insider, interest rates are expected to stay higher for longer with no cuts in sight until 2024-2025.
