I wish I could find something in that area but just like most of this area, investors with cash scoop up the good ones before I can even express any interest in it.

I was just expressing some of the concerns that I'm sure most out of state investors have with investing turnkey.

This was a great episode but I agree with some of the comments expressing disappointment in Zeona's choice to put properties she was renting herself on AirBnB without consent from the landlord/owner first.

One other factor is that there is a hospital 3 blocks away that also owns a building next door and has expressed some interest in acquiring this property down the road (or at least that's what the agent told us).Is this a pipe dream?
