The only time it may have an impact is if the agent would otherwise pay for photography/ staging etc. but that is fairly uncommon.2.

Im in the learning stages right now.

When you get through the growth stage, thats when you can deleverage to reduce portfolio risk.  

I’m obviously in the very beginning stages of the process but just wanted to reach out.

W2 just isn’t for me anymore and I feel I’ve hit the Analysis paralysis stage.
