New Member from West TN

Hey guys,

I am from Savannah, TN. It's a rural town about 2 hrs from both Nashville and Memphis. I am currently in education and have always tried to find ways to add additional income and build wealth. Real estate is something that I've always had interest in but the thought of it has been some what intimidating. During the last few months of quarantine I have finally begun researching and learning more about REI. I have watched YouTube, read BP, and recently purchased David Greene's BRRRR strategy book.

I’m obviously in the very beginning stages of the process but just wanted to reach out. I can already tell that I am going to enjoy it. Additionally, my wife is completely on board and we have already started driving around looking for deals during our down time. Glad to be a part of the group here at BP and hope to get to know you guys better.
