He can do everything from dry wall to roofing, cabinetry, painting,... virtually anything except I don't want him doing electrical or plumbing until he gets licensed by a technical college for that.

I am searching for some quantification ideas that I don't have to take my tape measure and fo manual calcs, seems that this is the answer, the software seems like a dream come true, with all furnitures, plumbing, electrical templates, just like autocad but lighter. any inputs is greatly appreciated.
