I see auctions that have starting bids at that price but whole properties for that price seems like a dream.

Is this even a realistic dream?

The home is  a dream home...eventually, right now it needs a lot of work.I am wanting to put Hurricane proof impact resistant windows on the house, and found some on Craigs list for a great price. 

Thru Christ our Lord all things are possible and we plan taking this dream of mind and turning over in the real thing..

My dream is to be a realtor/real estate agent.

Basically my wife and I thought we were chasing the American Dream in buying the house we live in now.
