Looking for a great CRM system I'm using freedomsoft right now and it's great but it's lacking some stuff such as saving past leads and responding to them later in the future (auto reminder to my iPhone) I heard great things about salesforce,podio and base but I'm not very good at the tech stuff any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I use an agent to place tenant once placed we handle them in house ... completely different tenant than a C or lower B class who may or may not have a checking account to auto draft from..

I am looking for good receipt management solutions.Best free receipt scanning app thus far I've seen is OneReceipt -- it's free, auto imports data into fields by reading contents, and has great reporting for when you have to do taxes etc.Any other tips?

I would consider this population to be those with tens of thousands of dollars of unsecured credit, significant student loans, and all sorts of high interest debt with either depreciable assets (autos) as security or simply no security at all to the lender.

It can depend on the state an the judge if it goes to court but what I have seen others do that worked, I have not tested in court myself, is state in the lease that auto draft or deposits are only for tenants in good standing (not behind in rent), partial payments are not accepted without prior approval, and then if a tenant tries to make a partial payment to cheat the system they will reject it and take the money to court showing that it has not been accepted, similar to not cashing a check they mailed to you.

I found this Service for Investor Websites that looks too good to be true, $295 for FOUR websites (Buy, Sell, Wholesale, Private Investor) and only $65 per year hosting fee, which looks to have all the bells and whistles, videos, back office, auto responders, squeeze pages, auto Craigslist codes, offer generator, offer replies, etc., etc., etc.
