When I go to refinance this property - wouldn't the new conventional lender find out that I'm the member of the lending LLC and also the owner of the property and cause issues ?

Good evening members,As many of you have seen, the DFW market area is booming with new construction which is causing a lot of old "stay away" neighborhoods to be gentrified.A lot of these suburbs are becoming very popular for both the young and old generations.That being said, I wanted to ask for those of you who wholesale or invest in the DFW market what suburbs/zip codes are you guys considering now that you didn't consider before AND which are some places that you are still a "NO WAY JOSE" mentality.The reason why I am asking this is that I am starting to learn more about the DFW market (I am not from here).

Who is responsible for the fence damage caused by a severe storm where:Usually, when an "inside" side of the fence (with the horizontal 2x4 bars across the fence) is facing the owner in the owner's yard, the owner is responsible for the repairs.The situation:The "inside" of the fence (with the horizontal 2x4 bars across the fence) is facing the easement (which acts as a storm drain for flood control) in a HOA neighborhood.

I don't think there was any damage caused to the property because they seemed compliant but again I do plan to speak with the other tenant to see if it will affect their residency in the home.
