I say "most states" because the tax sale laws vary tremendously from state to state and sometimes even county to county.The county website is usually the best place to get information about the tax sales.Different investors have different strategies with tax liens.

It’s a Strategy used by a lot of physicians since 2017, you can write off tremendous amounts of high W2 and 1099 income.

I know there has been tremendous appreciation in some of these cities over the past few years but it is still a bargain compared to where I live in Seattle.
