Hey All, I am similar to Alex but old school 21 page cost estimate.

I was really indecisive about what I wanted to be or what field I wanted to work in and after doing a tremendous amount of research on top of school , I figured out that real estate investing was a pathway into unlocking my financial freedom that I so much desire .

Im Vincent and i just need some advice I feel like im going into this with not enough to info in my mind if that make sense.

They all have their own perks and benefits but what I am looking for most as a new agent is adequate training and support to insure I achieve sustained success and do not fizzle out in my first year like the 90% of realtors they mention so often in school.

There are other schools of thought, but I think when you're just starting out, the best location is somewhere close enough for you to drive to.

In the long run, it’s like paying a tuition for school, where you learn( nothing) very little about making passive income.

If you needed surgery, you would not start medical school.

You can take classes in person, follow from via livestream, or go at your own pace via online learning.I took a 9 day course and passed the school, state, and national tests all in about a month.

Just graduated and wanted to get my own place after saving a lot.
