I toured the property last week and don't see anything that will delay renting out again.

Try to check them out, they offer a lot of training, they usually have a career night or tours that you can attend.

I have played and toured with some of the very best using names the Record label wants for over 50 years.

. $945 for a 640sq ft. 2 bed sounds ambitious. 2 beds in the "C - B" neighborhoods in the Tampa bay area are in the $800 - $850 range. these are all over Europe  big blocks of them of course European builders are far ahead of us in the states.as for fire they are solid metal  I suppose an interior fire would incinerate anyone or anything in side.

I am checking with the members regarding their experience using self tours - how safe is it?

Although he is a sharp guy and doing relatively well physically he needs to downsize his business and liquidate some of his real estate holdings (he showed most of them to me during our 3 hour tour).
