The USPS wouldn't deliver mail until the city created the address 1000 Main Street, which took a city council vote.I lived in a city where splitting a property into multiple addresses required an environmental impact report (more traffic, more parking, more occupancy, zoning issues, and so forth).

Would anyone want something further North so we aren't fighting traffic to and from?  

Waking up early every day, fighting traffic, dealing with my bosses and managers, sitting at my computer all day, knowing this will be my life for the next 30+ years at a place I dread coming to but knowing there is another way through real estate investing is what keeps me motivated.

My agent's office is 20 minutes away with light traffic, 40+ minutes during rush hour. 

Basically the opposite of some impoverished scumbag such as myself with ruined credit, regardless of my lack of criminal nature (I was arrested once because I failed to pay a $35 traffic fine a few months prior to that!).

Here in Houston, where space isn't as tight, a centrally-located storage condo with extra perks could be a hit, especially for weekend warriors dealing with traffic.
