. #2 means the installer probably didn't lock the edges properly or left too much gap on the sides where the planks can slide (should be 1/4" each side). #3 is most likely, from a floor that is too uneven or doesn't have enough subfloor support.

Obviously the biggest downside to having "Unnecessary inspections" is the time lost by waiting for the inspector, which I believe the City is still pretty delayed right now...I have heard good stories about inspectors being willing to "work with you" and be "reasonable" as in Eric's case above where since it was open below, they let it slide; and I have even heard that having good photo documentation from while the walls were open, they may even accept this and let it slide thru to Final Inspection!

I would be in charge of running the project, construction, all costs, I would float the project.Once the first unit is completed we would put financing on it and the proceeds would then fund subsequent phases, enabling us to progress through the project over a multi-year timeline, likely spanning 3-5 years.Estimated my construction cost would be 350,000 per building (pure cost no profits).
