If that’s the only option then I will take it, but I am waiting to hear back from a landlord/tenant attorney to see what other options there are based on the specific wording in my leaseIn the absence of the lease not indicating they can use the garage, and both previous owner and you letting them use the garage (and no way to prove anything previous owner communicated), the tenant now has the right to use the garage.
