Unless they are buying in a different state their realtor doesn’t know  anyone, their broker doesn’t have a franchise in, and for some reason won’t research the area’s realtors.

I am exploring passive investment opportunities in storage funds and would appreciate any insights or recommendations.Never heard of them.

While the prices of home are low, rent yield is still strong making you feel more confident in achieving those cash flowing goals.
