It would have been the perfect income property, but we were not so smart back then and sold it.

Tenants do not have a choice as to what they pay and it is not negotiable.

My tenants are generally too smart for that cheep ploy and will make a comment.

Normally I get the reCAPTCHA prompt (several times per day) but I have found a work around for that with a Chrome Plugin that allows me to get get 30 reCAPTCHA "passes" at a time.I understand the desire for BP to protect against attacks and scrapers that may use VPNs, but many smart people use VPNs  as well, so all this really does in the end is upset the paying members.

Our broker is making it sound fairly black and white - that if they show proof of funds/financing, the Seller has no choice but to accept the first offer and move forward with them. 

Not so sure about the door to door thing (i'm in a city where you can't even get a fixer upper for 400k, one of the most expensive in the nation), but i do think going to offices (which i did) is a smart move.Things only started getting weird after he proposed we start a company.

I'm not opposed to hiring this out, but want to be smart with my money - which may include hiring a pro :).

Open to any other methods of narrowing down to a city/location choice.
