I’m looking at a few 3 units in Manchester, New Hampshire near Elm Street, it’s my assumption since everything Shops, bars and parks are on Elm that Elm is a desirable place to live/own a property.

However, I am desiring to stay clear of the line between illegally brokering and wholesaling.

I am interested in getting started in wholesale with the desire to move into flips and rental properties.

If I desire to do more than that, there are appropriate ways to do it.  

These, along with a desire to diversify retirement savings away from the standard investment vehicles, are the foundation for my interest in real estate.
