So could I travel for work 6 months out of that year as long as I am not renting out my primary residence while i am gone, and then live there 6 months?

I know there are other financing options, but the question we cannot seem to avoid is whether or not to hold (and rent) or sell the town home.It's tempting to leverage the current equity, move out and rent it - but from what I've read / calculated, it might not be the best return compared to other options.Ideas on how we can get into another home (larger but cheaper) while also (re)starting our REI journey?

What my thinking was, right now llc rent income is only $57600, however if I use the same LLC to manage other properties also then, including all the rent (short & long term) my llc rent income goes to 250000.

I would never rent to them.  

We typically buy SF homes and rent out, but we have some triplexes and four-plexes. 

I have a potential tenant who is requesting to pay rent by money order rather than through the RentRedi platform. 

Only downside would be if you wanted to rent some garages without including charging. 

Our family are relocating to another state and we want to rent out our house that has a pool.
