I have 8 units right now and I'm waiting to see if those percentages are accurate over a 2-year period.The scary thing is that as you adjust those percentages up and down, you can make your numbers look incredible or dismal.

The program so far seems supportive but when I actually start producing leads we'll see how much "work" they actually put in for their 50% of the profits.

If she produces it, I would wait a while and see if it comes, then check the postmark date and charge late fee accordingly.If she can't produce the receipt, I would assume she is lying about sending the payment.Also - on the SAFE act - isn't it true that you can have up to 3 loans per year under Dodd-Frank?

In January 2014, I turned the keys over to the new homeowners of a ground-up custom built 4500 sq ft home in record time, considering the incredible amount of rain we have had.

He's an incredible resource and things don't just end after the 3-day seminar.  

It's incredibly expensive here so SFH are out.

If you do the job and do it well it will produce income.
