Hi everyone. I just wanted to post and introduce myself.

My name is Steve Kincer and I'm from Columbus Ohio were I've lived since the early 80's. I grew up in the small town of Zanesville Ohio about 60 miles east of Columbus.

I've spent most of my life working in the IT profession and I am new to Real Estate Investment. Good, bad, right or wrong I have a few of Ron LeGrand's courses. I've gone through them all but haven't made any investments yet.

I've come here to continue learning and to hopefully make that first investment.
