Save half the commission when you sell by using Realmart or a similar online MLS listing service, for a flat fee of a few hundred dollars they put you on the MLS and then realtors will bring buyers to you without you having to pay a listing agent of your own.

But agree with @Bart Hedgcock it doesn't matter where you invest.

@Jermaine White - Honestly, we can see pretty much everything you can find online.

If it's a "listing agent didn't put the CO detectors in" thing then you can often negotiate for the other side to pay it, though it of course is not worth killing an otherwise good deal over $175 no matter what.

This is called the "Certificate of Fact of Existence" and you can obtain it online via VA's SCC eFile.You'll then take that certificate and register your VA LLC in MD and/or DC.

Not to mention principal of the matter.
