We had been looking at all kinds of deals but never pulled this trigger, this one was affordable enough that we could just jump in and take the leap.

Well I think I’m finally going to pull the trigger on some long distance real estate investing.

I'm working with a real estate agent, and I've reached out to a few property managers and lenders, although I haven't landed on one just yet.My main problem right now is pulling the first trigger.

Zach, did you ever pull the trigger and invest? 

We can do this for hours...ROI numbers are all "predictive" unless you are syndicating or investing in large commercial properties...market strength and the relationships between purchase price and rental income are about all you need to know to pull the trigger and be successful in a strong market...and there are 50-comparable markets in the US right now

I’d add that if they trigger the escalation clause, they must provide a copy of the offer

Please don't pull the trigger until you really do your Due Diligence !!!

- Will I be able to pull the trigger when the time is right?

My mentor has never had a due on sale clause triggered in doing this.
