Does anyone know about a crowdfunding or other platform where investors can invest smaller amounts ($5,000, $10,000, $25,000) in quality apartment investments for decent returns?  

I'm extremely limited on funds for the first deal I choose to take on, let alone paying for a webinar, so obviously whatever deal I find I'm gonna scrutinize till I'm 100% confident it's legit.

About 99% of the ones you deal with are complete time wasters, but these guys are legit.

Just stick with BP and plug in and absorb the knowledge,you can also try connected investors or reiclub and start marketing for private lenders,you can also go to private money gold mine(be careful on this site they are known to have scammers so closely interview them and make sure they are legit).

My niche is in developing non-recourse capital platforms that propel entities and investors to larger scale markets without future debt service.

I know there are platforms that allow you to embed those forms on a website.
