Can anyone recommend a wholesaler in Austin, TX

I'm looking for wholesaler recommendations. I'm trying to work with a few, but so far none of the properties add up to a flip deal that adds up to a reasonable profit margin; ARV too high, Purchase too high, Rehab Estimate too low.

I'm also working on my own marketing efforts, but it sure would be nice to work with a wholesaler that can provide profitable deals.

Thanks in advance for sharing.

@Lamar Cannon and @Jerry Puckett

I'll vouch for them both.  About 99% of the ones you deal with are complete time wasters, but these guys are legit.
