Holidays are always harder and we have not gotten as good a quality buyer when selling in those months either.The last point lends itself to either trying to lower your purchase price or getting a lot rent concession for 2 or 3 months...or BOTH!

Good morning and Happy Holidays BP members...I am hoping to find someone in the Chicago area wha has had to replace their water main and was happy to have the Plumbing Contractor they used for the job.Knowing the big expense for this job, and not having someone in my "network" qualified to do the job, I wanted to reach out to the BP community to see if someone has replaced a water main to any of their properties in Chicago?

Back in the day c. 2011 They used to send out auto-emails when a public holiday was going to interrupt processing and now they can't send out an email when something as significant as this is going on.

See who's meter is picking it up.We trim our 8 plex with white holiday lights every year and two of the strings must be plugged in the patio plugs of tenants the other two are plugged into the laundry room plug (that we pay for).
