I am looking for a duplex, triplex, or a quadplex in Columbia- preferably near the university.

Another item of note: Increases the maximum household size permitted on a single-family lot from 8 to 12 unrelated people only if the lot includes two ADUsI own a duplex near the University of Washington that I could add a DADU (detached accessory dwelling unit).

I get the same exemptions when I work directly with the University in my town.

Big changes are on the way that are bound to affect the student housing sector, hospitality (including AirBnB and VRBO), and the economic layout of downtown.Recently the University of Arizona president and board decided to no longer pursue increasing undergraduate enrollment by 20,000 over the next 5 years.

I know a few people who bought houses when their kids started university/college and they rented the other bedrooms out.

Colorado Springs still has hospitals, several colleges/universities.

Now, the units are just a mile from my job, a mile from three major colleges/universities, and a mile from a major highway intersection, but still tucked away in a quiet golf community.
