One is an Assisted Living facility conversion and the other is an 8 unit apartment complex that is rented on a short term basis to hospital affiliates.

We contract with large scale facility groups that service multiple of the markets we cover and who handle maintenance for large companies such as Nasa or Apple and large residential portfolios such as ours.

Las Vegas will have its first major national sports team (NHL), Faraday Future is a new electric car company that is building a huge manufacturing facility, (not putting a lot of emphasis on this because it can possibly flop you know like Fisker).

Market the facility to fill vacancies - adding/updating a website so that it is not only responsive, but can also reserve and/or rent units online. 5.  

The biggest challange in a senior living facility is that the repairs/improvements made are not the highest and best use from a value standpoint, rather a business model, there is zero value in the business model to a lender if there is a default.

Not the actual workers at the facility, but the laborers coming in & out to pick up materials.
