Investor Friendly Agent in Inland Empire

Hey BP!

Im in search (like many others) for an investor friendly Realtor/agent in the Southern California, primarily the inland empire, i.e. Riverside, Beaumont, Menifee, Moreno valley, Hemet etc etc.  Ive had much luck as a contractor for a flipper for many many flips, but am now ready to take the investor role of the equation, and would love to reach out to an agent willing to work with me.  Thanks all for your time and interest!
