I think the main issue I would run into during my initial stages would be raising the proper capital needed to be taken seriously in the commercial apartment space. 

I would also say ditto on keeping in mind your relatively early stage in life.

Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.

I am in the infant stage of my real estate career.

They are far ahead of some other communities that I've seen (even though they are still in the beginning stages) and have one of the best overall master plans that I've seen for tiny home communities.

As you know, I would be very interested in seeing your projects in whatever stage they are in as I always learn a lot and get an idea of what I'm facing moving forward.

The reason is that instead of letting my excess cashflow sit idle in a bank and earn me zero return, I am storing that money as equity in a property by paying down a mortgage.

I purchased my first property in 2016 not knowing if it was a good or bad deal but I got it for a steal, the problem is I been coming out of pocket to get the work done, now I'm at my ending stage with getting it done.

This was also the first deal I was able to find a quality staging company.

With that said, if you're not at that stage, it can be very frustrating if you're trying to have some simple funtionality here and there; this might be a good use case for a "out-of-the-box solution".With this said, I know how you feel.
