I've enjoyed the McRib seminar metaphor, especially the Platinum Masters Program. 

Buy a townhouse/condo in Greenwood area and live there to enjoy shorter commute to SLU.

Another factor to consider, the slowdown for July can also be due to people getting in their vacations before school starts and people being hesitant to list their homes with school starting.

Large groups travel to and vacation together in the Orlando area, but large vacation rental options can be few and far between.

My ultimate goal is to fund enough doors to either live off my R.E. and quit my job, or be able to do both and enjoy having the money necessary to walk away from a "real job" one day and do whatever I want.

One of the tenants will most likely be vacating, but the other tenant has expressed interest in expanding into the vacated space.

And his family may be reluctant to sign that addendum if you already have an accepted offer that doesn't mention him vacating. 

But I truly enjoy comparing notes with others that have a similar background.  

We are both full time professionals and looking to generate passive income so we can slow down a bit and enjoy time with our new son.

I have been enjoying every minute of learning it so far.
