Lenders will verify your landlord experience by reviewing your tax returns Form 1040 Schedule E.

Lenders will look at your Schedule E's for existing properties.

I send out a mass e-mail blind copied the day before due date to remind them something they should already know.

My voice-mails also get e-mailed to me that way I can see what the person wants before I call them back.

Also what are the R/E taxes?

I deduct property taxes, insurance, interest and basically any other expense listed on Schedule E.

Break them out by item:          8 windows; installed in existing openings:  Anderson series 70, double-hung, double-pane, low-e, with grids.
