By the way...When I say "Community Volunteer", let me describe what that entailed on this workshop day...I arrived at the office in time to make coffee and discover that we had no creamer and that our supply of hand-towels for the restrooms was depleted.

Many times the exchange to oil and gas will give you much more depreciation benefits - in working interests from the Intangible Drilling Costs and the depletion allowance in royalty interests is pretty healthy as well.It's not for the faint of heart.
