The prospective tenants that inquire through there are a hot mess. 98% of them don't read the ad...they simply see the beds/baths, price per month and they click on a link so if you don't want smokers/animals/pets...you will spend 90% of your time telling them what is already in the ad.CL is certainly better.Also google websites that cater to traveling nurses, etc.Good luck

Westfield, Fanwood, Scotch Plains, Cranford are good areas for schools and nice town area with great food.

Food for thought- I work with lots of very wealthy investors.

Just know your buyer is different and cater to that.

NNN's are very common for larger companies anything from the service industry (fast food/coffee shop) to high-end & lower-end retail.

That leaves four beds, an entire living room of furniture, dining room, kitchen jam packed with food and appliances, dressers, clothing, car seats, medical equipment, and much more.We will have to do an estate sale and then haul the rest off to the dump or donation centers.

We are also planning to open small take-out only eatery that uses mostlyorganic ingredients in order to provide the community with better food choices - there’s a seriouslack of quality dining options that has only been exacerbated by the recent boom in tourism andvacation rentals.

I guess the question is can you run a food vendor business profitably  ??
