You'd only have financing for two years, then a balloon? 

Granted this post is all about assuming if the seller would do seller financing.

My plan will be to purchase a vacant land with cash and finance the home build through a private money loan.

How did you finance this deal?

I’m looking into trying to find seller finance properties, looking for like 20 plus units.  

At this point I have enough saved up for a down payment and I am starting the process of acquiring financing through the investor-friendly lender tool on BP.

Has anyone delt with a hard money lender then financing at the end to a traditional bank?

I'd drive around the and find a few multifamily communities that you could see your self living.From a financing perspective, new agency guidelines are allowing for a 5% down conventional loan product on properties less than four units.

I have recently purchased my first Sub-to property that I will be owner financing, after 2 weeks of looking for a buyer- I found the perfect couple to buy it, or so I thought.
