But even so.. the buyer wanted the house painted inside and out  14k sq ft  all sorts of flooring changed out  plumbing electrial you name it.. my wife brought in all our new construction subs and even at that I suspect her client spent 500 to 700k  refreshing this mansion.

I'm sure you could save money, but the toilet would still cost you $125, cleaning the water could cost you another $200 (if you even have the proper equipment), and I suspect your time is worth $30 an hour so that's another $100.
