I looked at the city's website and couldn't find anything related to increased water rates, with the last increase being August 2017.

Select an area: Baltimore is a big city with many many sub markets.

It looks like I wouldn't qualify because I make more than $70,800 per year according to the Pinellas County website for 1-2 person family.

March through May/June are the peak months, however, so there will definitely be more competition, but hopefully that leads to more buyers as well.Hopefully you are using a realtor to sell so you're on HAR and all the aggregated websites, have professional photography, and are making it easy to show or set appointments.

I think a duplex at the top of the market might be subject to a correction in the near term and not really see any price appreciation for the next few years.We personally are being more selective about the properties we are buying.

The situation is a bit nuanced so the information on the IRS website doesn't necessarily apply perfectly.Please message me if you are a CPA with some experience working with non-profits.
