If you are looking at properties on Redfin, click on the "public facts" tab and you will see the most recent tax bill and assessment. 

I'd estimate we'll see the next major drop in the fall...as that's when most major drops happen.

I suspect we will see the potential for future tax hikes in order to regulate the amount of currency in the larger economy exactly to avoid the hyperinflation that has been discussed, as opposed to “funding government activities”.

First you have to see the future for what it is, bright, prosperous and all yours for the taking.

(And at the risk of sounding self-serving as an investment minded real estate agent, I think the first true investment should also be near home as well, so you can get your feet wet and see the process in person.

It would be interesting to see the language you use that is acceptable by a seller.
