Well I’ve kept the rent rate on the low end, not a great investment strategy on my part but fear of vacancies had me under thumb.

We did live in it for one year to satisfy the FHA loan and then moved out, so unfortunately it would have to be refinanced as an investment property with worse rates (8.1%) and higher LTV (25%).

I spend close to that amount on cleaning fee's for my rental.
