It is almost overwhelming the amount of stuff I need to learn, but slow and steady wins the race, and I know BP will help me along the way.I would consider myself new to real estate, even though my mother has been in the business for 20+ years.

I chose the distant turnkey in a hot market and it wasn't a winning strategy.I learned my lesson and have since done well.For investors starting out, my view is that it's better to invest in a market you know extremely well.

Could be a both win deal.

In this instance, for this property, whatever advice you follow, you are a real estate investor.Take action, make an offer, provide a win-win for everyone (including yourself).
