There are plenty of articles here on BP about questions to ask when talking to a PM, which will show who knows what they're doing and who doesn't.

Been reading articles about Real Estate now and then, but I decided to set aside some hours to self educate myself on Real Estate.

The other great news on that front is that rates are in the 4s for 30-yr fixed, and cash-out refinances to LLCs are totally fine.

I had read articles about sales commission positions making 20-30% but it wasn’t necessarily real estate.
